Also she is suing rapper Pitbull for using her name in one of his songs. I really hope she’ll win, because that song is seriously rubbish and it’s not nice to have your name being used like this.

Lindsay will turn 23 on July the 2nd but she’s throwing a party a bit earlier. According to E!, the actress is hosting a Vegas poolside soiree at Wet Republic on Saturday June 27th to celebrate her birthday and her Sevin Nyne sunless tanner.
